A typical quality dossier includes material certificates, welding procedure and welder qualification records, NDT reports, dimensional reports, coating reports, non-conformance reports and their closure, and the declaration or certificate required by the applicable regulation.
The required content is defined by the contract and should be agreed at the start of the project.
